Abstract Sturgeon aquaculture is an important continuously developing sector within freshwater and its sustainability one of the most pressing matters nowadays. Thus, urge to apprehend mechanics sturgeon growth in captivity as well nature immediate importance, considering increase customers’ requests for captive-grown meat, caviar, adjacent by-products. The present study evaluates several canonical indices a controlled, indoor environment that included fluctuations temperature, dissolved oxygen saturation, ponderal density (g/L), known affect performance. Over 91 days evaluation, no significant correlation was found between weight gain density, values, among 4 tanks used experiment setup, indicating, along with lack variance RCI per tank, observed correlated only fodder fed fish.
